Abstract

ABSTRAK Objek penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk analisis yang dilakukan pertama kali adalah melihat dari sisi internal dan eksternal dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard dimana hasil yang di dapat dari perspektif keuangan adalah sebagai berikut tahun 2015 ke tahun 2016 rasio likuiditas 123,20% menjadi 142,94%, rasio leverage 33,14% menjadi 27,10%, rasio profit margin -19,35% menjadi -0,25%, rasio profitabilitas -0,1% menjadi 0,88%, rasio laba bersih terhadap total aset -1,84% menjadi 1,61%, rasio aktivitas 184,02% menjadi 182,69%. Selain menggunakan perspektif keuangan metode balanced scorecard mampu mengukur kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan perspektif non keuangan, hasil dari ketiga perspektif tersebut juga mendapatkan nilai yang baik pula dimana pada perspektif pelanggan, pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran mendapat jawaban puas dari responden serta adanya beberapa inovasi, operasi dan layanan purna jual yang telah dilakukan perusahaan. Kinerja PT. Hero Supermarket secara keseluruhan dapat dianggap bagus. Pengendalian manajemen perusahaan yang telah diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya dari berbagai sisi sesuai visi dan misi perusahaan. Kata kunci : Balanced scorecard, Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan ABSTRACT The object of this research is about performance of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. Which the first analysis take from the internal and external sides are using SWOT method. The next step is using balanced scorecard method which is the result from finansial perspektif, for example in 2015 until 2016 the liquidity from 123,20% bacame 142,94%, leverage ratio from 33,14% became 27,10%, profit margin ratio -19,35% became -0,25%, profitability ratio -0,1% became 0,88%, net profit ratio toward total aset from -1,84% became 1,61%, activity ratio 184,02% became 182,69%. Not only use finansial perspektif, but also balanced scorecard method can measure the company performance with non financial perspektif. The result from that perspektif has a good value which is in customer perspektive, growth and learning that have a good respond from respondents. And there are a good inovation, operation and sales service that have done by the company. Overall performance of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk is good management control of the company that have applied can increase the performance from many sides that based on from vision and mision of company.
