Abstract
Judul: PERENCANAAN SHEET PILE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM PLAXIS (STUDI KASUS : PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALUR GANDA KERETA API LINTAS BOGOR - SUKABUMI), Nama: Rizky Maya Sari, NIM: 41118320027, Dosen Pembimbing: Donnald Essen, ST, MT. Berdasarkan hasil penilitian kemanfaatan reaktivitasi jalur yang dilakukan Dinas Perhubungan, jalur KA lintas Bogor-Sukabumi termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Bermanfat”. Karena itu, dilakukan pembangunan jalur ganda KA lintas Bogor-Sukabumi untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan sarana insfrastruktur yang telah ada. Jalur ganda yang akan dibuat berada dibawah jalur eksisting, dan jalur baru ini akan dibangun terlebih dahulu, lalu jalur eksisting akan diturunkan agar memiliki elevasi yang sama dengan jalur baru. Karena kondisi lahan yang terbatas, maka akan digunakan sheet pile sebagai dinding penahan tanah yang akan menahan jalur eksisting selama proses pembangunan jalur KA baru. Lokasi penelitian berada di proyek Pembangunan Jalur Ganda Kereta Api, Lintas Bogor-Sukabumi pada segmen St. Cigombong - St. Cicurug, KM 24+350 – KM 24 +375. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis perencanaan sheet pile dan mengetahui nilai safety factor sheet pile berdasarkan analisis perhitungan dengan metode elemen hingga menggunakan program Plaxis. Data yang digunakan sebagai dasar perencanaan adalah data tanah dan gambar perencanaan yang diberikan oleh Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian Wilayah Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa digunakan sheet pile profil baja Larssen 430, dengan kedalaman penetrasi sebesar 7,12 m dan panjang sheet pile sebesar 12,309 m untuk perencanaan sheet pile pada titik BH-13. Serta diperoleh kedalaman penetrasi sheet pile sebesar 5,98 m dan panjang sheet pile sebesar 11,169 m untuk perencanaan sheet pile pada titik BH-14. Dari hasil pemodelan Plaxis tanpa beban gempa, pada titik BH-13 diperoleh safety factor sheet pile sebesar 1,2015 dengan total displacement sebesar 3,794 cm, sementara pada titik BH-14 diperoleh safety factor sheet pile sebesar 1,2301 dengan total displacement sebesar 3,488 cm. Dari hasil pemodelan Plaxis dengan beban gempa, pada titik BH-13 diperoleh safety factor sheet pile sebesar 1,011 dengan total displacement sebesar 4,970 cm, sementara pada titik BH-14 diperoleh safety factor sheet pile sebesar 1,0692 dengan total displacement sebesar 4,198 cm. Based on the results of the research on track reactivation benefits carried out by the Department of Transportation, the Bogor-Sukabumi line is included in the "Very Useful" category. Therefore, the construction of the Bogor-Sukabumi double track railway was carried out to improve and develop the existing infrastructure. The double track that will be made is under the existing line, and this new line will be built first, then the existing line will be lowered to have the same elevation as the new line. Due to limited land conditions, sheet pile will be used as a retaining wall that will hold the existing line during the construction process of the new railway line. The research location is in the double track railway development project, Bogor-Sukabumi Line in the St. segment. Cigombong - St. Cicurug, KM 24 + 350 - KM 24 +375. The purpose of this study was to determine the sheet pile planning analysis and to determine the safety factor value of sheet pile based on the calculation analysis using the finite element method using the Plaxis program. The data used as the basis for planning are land data and planning drawings provided by the West Java Regional Railway Engineering Center. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that Larssen 430 steel profile sheet pile is used, with a penetration depth of 7.12 m and a sheet pile length of 12.309 m for sheet pile planning at point BH-13. And obtained sheet pile penetration depth of 5.98 m and sheet pile length of 11.169 m for sheet pile planning at point BH-14. From the results of Plaxis modeling without earthquake load, at point BH-13 obtained a safety factor sheet pile of 1.2015 with a total displacement of 37.94 cm, while at point BH-14 obtained a safety factor sheet pile of 1.2301 with a total displacement of 34.88 cm. From the results of Plaxis modeling with earthquake loads, at point BH-13 obtained a safety factor sheet pile of 1.011 with a total displacement of 49.70 cm, while at point BH-14 obtained a safety factor sheet pile of 1.0692 with a total displacement of 42. 98 cm.
