Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Agusta Bono International. The sample used was 41 respondents. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the Smart- PLS version 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hubungan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Agusta Bono Internasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 41 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menganalisa data melalui aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan PT. Agusta Bono Internasional.
