Abstract
This study aims to analysze the influence of motivation work, discipline work and environtment work on employee performance. The population in this study is the subject of research. All population included in the study subjects with a total of 41 people. The data collection method uses survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis method uses Partial Last Square. This research proves that motivation work, discipline work and environtment work have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the ρ value of motivation work is 0,026, discipline work is 0,012 and environtment work is 0,019. Keywords: Motivation work, discipline work, environtment work, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penilitian ini merupakan subjek penelitian. Semua populasi masuk ke dalam subjek penilitian dengan jumlah 41 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan nilai ρ value motivasi karja adalah sebesar 0,026, disiplin kerja 0,012 dan lingkungan kerja 0,019. Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan
