Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kedua variabel yaitu pengarug kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap motivasi dan pengunjung pada Perpustakaan Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus D. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Perpustakaan Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus D dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang di pilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda mengunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Dari penelitian terlihat bahwa Hasil uji t di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi pengunjung di Perpustakaan Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus D. Fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi pengunjung di Perpustakaan Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus D. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Fasilitas Dan Motivasi Pengunjung. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of these two variables, namely the influence of service quality and facilities on motivation and visitors at the Mercu Buana University Library, Campus D. The study population was all visitors of the Mercu Buana University Campus Campus D and the samples taken in this study were 100 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis using validity, reliability, classical assumption and hypothesis testing. From the research it can be seen that the results of the t test above can be concluded that the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on visitor motivation at the Mercu Buana University Library Campus D. The facility has a positive and significant effect on visitor motivation at the Mercu Buana University Library Campus D. Keywords: Service Quality, Facilities and Visitor Motivation.
