Abstract
iABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Ispa Mandiri Tangerang dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei. Jenis data atau informasi yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan teknik pengunpulan data dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Ispa Mandiri Tangerang yaitu 45. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Ispa Mandiri Tangerang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style, motivation, work discipline and employee performance at PT. Ispa Mandiri Tangerang and the influence of leadership styles, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in a manner simultaneously. The research method used is survey research method. The type of data or information used is primary data with data collection techniques by observation, questionnaire and literature study. The research population is all employees of PT. Ispa Mandiri Tangerang is 45 people. The sample in this study were all employee at PT. Ispa Mandiri Tangerang. The analytical method used in this study is linier regression multiple. The rsults of research partial show the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee prformance. Motivation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance.
