Abstract
Self Efficacy Relationship with Emotional Exhaustion on Non Office Employees PT. Sekisui Plastic Indonesia Firman Alamsyah Ario Buntaran, S.Psi., MA, Vita Yuli Alfiyana Mercu Buana University [email protected] Abstract. Emotional exhaustion is depletion of positive energy that makes someone feel tired which is cause due to contact with colleagues, superiors, and subordinates. Emotional exhaustion is related to company problems, which are deteriorating performance, decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, and turnover. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship of self efficacy and emotional exhaustion on employees PT. Sekisui Plastic Indonesia. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 110 employees of PT. Sekisui Plastic Indonesia, the returned questionnaires in total was 99, after the extreme data was deleted the final results of the researchers got 76 respondents. Data analysis method used in this study Pearson Corelation. The result of this research are different from the hypothesis, namely there is a non-significant negative relationship between self efficacy with emotional exhaustion of PT employees. Emotional exhaustion adalah terkurasnya energi positif yang membuat seseorang merasa lelah yang di akibatkan karena adanya kontak dengan rekan kerja, atasan, maupun bawahan. Emotional exhaustion berkaitan dengan masalah perusahaan yaitu kinerja yang memburuk, penurunan produktivitas, meningkatnya absensi, dan turnover. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara self efficacy dengan emotional exhaustion pada karyawan PT. Sekisui Plastic Indonesia. Prosedur dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 110 karyawan PT. Sekisui Plastic Indonesia, kuesioner yang kembali berjumlah 99, setelah dihapus data yang ekstrim hasil akhir peneliti mendapatkan hasil 76 responden. Metode analisa data menggunakan pearson corelation. Hasil dari penelitin ini berbeda dengan hipotesa sebelumnya yaitu terdapat hubungan negatif yang tidak signifikan antara self efficacy dengan emotional exhaustion karyawan PT. Sekisui Plastic Indonesia dengan nilai korelasi sebesar r -0.072. Kata kunci: Self efficacy, emotional exhaustion
