Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir dan Kinerja Ruas Jalan Di Arion Mall Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur, Nama : Nurul Fahimmatul Habibah, Pembimbing : Muhammad Isradi ST, MT, 2019 Kota Jakarta merupakan Ibu Kota Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk 10,46 juta jiwa penduduk (BPS, 2018). Arion Mall Rawamangun terdapat di Jakarta Timur yang memiliki jumlah penduduk mencapai kurang lebih 2.916.018 jiwa (BPS, 2018). Arion Mall Rawamangun merupakan salah satu mall yang berada di Jakarta Timur tepatnya di Jalan Pemuda Rawamangun yang dibangun tahun 1989 dan mulai beroperasional pada tahun 1990. Luas lahan kurang lebih 2000 meter² dengan luas lantai 18.538 meter² yang terdiri dari 5 lantai. Arion Mall menjadi salah satu pusat perbelanjaan populer dikarenakan letaknya yang strategis dan berdekatan dengan Terminal Rawamangun, GOR Rawamangun, Pusat Perkantoran, Sekolah-Sekolah dan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan cara metode observasi. Metode Observasi adalah metode dengan cara melakukan survey langsung kelapangan. Hal ini mutlak dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi sebenarnya. Adapun metode survey yang dilakukuan pada analisis ini adalah, metode pencatatan jumlah kendaraan. Akumulasi parkir terbesar untuk mobil pada hari Minggu sebanyak 120 kendaraan terjadi antara 16.00-16.59 WIB, sedangkan untuk motor pada hari Minggu sebanyak 382 kendaraan terjadi antara 14.00-14.59 WIB. Durasi rata-rata parkir kendaraan adalah 4 jam 24 menit untuk mobil dan 4 jam 18 menit untuk motor. Indeks Parkir terbesar adalah 89,55% untuk mobil terjadi pada hari Minggu pukul 16.00-16.59 WIB dan 88,84 untuk motor terjadi pada hari Minggu pukul 14.00-14.59 WIB. Parking Turn Over terbesar adalah 3 kendaraan/SRP/waktu pengamatan untuk mobil dan 4 kendaraan/SRP/waktu pengamatan untuk motor dan itu terjadi pada hari Minggu. Dilihat dari analisis Ruas Jalan Pemuda Rawamangun Jakarta Timur untuk kecepatan survey di jam puncak pagi, siang dan sore di dapatkan tingkat pelayanan atau Level Of Service (LOS) yaitu C dan D. ABSTRACT Title : Analysis of Parking Space Requirements and Performance of Roads in Arion Mall Rawamangun, East Jakarta, Name : Nurul Fahimmatul Habibah, Mentor : Muhammad Isradi ST, MT, 2019 The city of Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia with a population of 10.46 million inhabitants (BPS, 2018). Arion Mall Rawamangun is located in East Jakarta, which has a population of approximately 2,916,018 people (BPS, 2018). Arion Mall Rawamangun is one of the malls located in East Jakarta, precisely on Jalan Pemuda Rawamangun, which was built in 1989 and began operating in 1990. The area is approximately 2000 meters² with a floor area of 18,538 meters² consisting of 5 floors. Arion Mall is one of the popular shopping centers due to its strategic location and proximity to the Rawamangun Terminal, GOR Rawamangun, Office Centers, Schools and Jakarta State University. The method used in this study is by means of the observation method. Observation method is a method by conducting a field survey directly. This is absolutely done to find out the actual conditions. The survey method carried out in this analysis is the method of recording the number of vehicles. The largest accumulation of parking for cars on Sunday as many as 120 vehicles occurred between 16.00-16.59 WIB, while for motorcycles on Sundays as many as 382 vehicles occurred between 14.00-14.59 WIB. The average duration of vehicle parking is 4 hours 24 minutes for cars and 4 hours 18 minutes for motorcycles. The largest parking index is 89.55% for cars occurring on Sundays at 16.00-16.59 WIB and 88.84 for motorbikes occurring on Sunday at 14.00-14.59 WIB. The biggest Parking Turn Overs are 3 vehicles / SRP / observation time for cars and 4 vehicles / SRP / observation time for motorcycles and that happens on Sundays. Judging from the analysis of the Jalan Pemuda Rawamangun East Jakarta Section for the speed of the survey at the peak hours of the morning, afternoon and evening, get the level of service or Level Of Service (LOS), namely C and D.
