Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Evaluasi Biaya Pekerjaan Pondasi Menggunakan Bored Pile Dengan Spun Pile Pada Proyek Monroe Tower Jababeka, Nama : Ahmad Barri, NIM : 41117310049, Dosen Pembimbing : Anjas Handayani, ST., MT., 2018. Terdapat berbagai macam perencanaan yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan struktur bawah. Hal itu disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu keadaan lingkungan sekitar (kanan-kiri apartemen), perbedaan kontur tanah, beban yang akan bekerja pada bangunan pendukung, serta efisiensi biaya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, proses pemancangan pondasi menimbulkan getaran dan kebisingan dimana lokasi proyek berdekatan dengan perumahan dan apartemen lain yang telah selesai dikerjakan sehingga dibutuhkan alternatif jenis pondasi lainnya untuk menekan dampak negatif pada aspek lingungan sekitar proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengindetifikasi faktor-faktor dominan yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanaan pondasi spun pile yang berdampak terhadap lingkungan serta mengevaluasi biaya pekerjaan pondasi spun pile dan pondasi bored pile. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 5 orang pakar yang untuk melakukan validasi terhadap penggunaan pondasi dilihat dari aspek lingungan serta menggunakan data-data proyek untuk melakukan perbandingan harga tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pondasi bored pile adalah pondasi yang cocok untuk pembangunan Monroe Tower Jababeka dilhat dari aspek lingkungan dengan biaya yang relatif lebih ekonomis di bandingkan biaya pondasi spun pile dengan selisih biaya sebesar Rp 154.730.000,-. There are various types of planning that are used in the lower structure work. This is caused by several factors, namely the condition of the surrounding environment (right and left of the apartment), differences in land contours, loads that will work in supporting buildings, and cost efficiency. In its implementation, the foundation erection process raises vibrations and noise where the project location is close to other housing and apartments that have been completed so that other types of foundation are needed to reduce the negative impact on environmental aspects surrounding the project. The purpose of this study is to identify the dominant factors arising from the implementation of the spun pile foundation that has an impact on the environment and evaluate the cost of the spun pile foundation and bored pile foundation work. This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 5 experts to conduct validation on the use of foundations viewed from environmental aspects and using project data to make these price comparisons. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the bored pile foundation is a suitable foundation for the construction of Monroe Tower Jababeka, viewed from the environmental aspects with a cost that is relatively more economical than the cost of the spun pile foundation with the difference in the cost of Rp 154.730.000,-.
