Abstract
Accuracy in order fulfillment time of receipt of the promised company and product quality are in linewith expectations, as well as the fee charged is considered reasonable is unsur-satisfaction elements that must be met by the company to the consumer. PT. TMMIN is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of products such as car parts car roof, engine hood and fenders. Based on data from the company, according to the company in 2018 many mismatches or delayed against the schedule or the machine that has been made. This study aims to determine the time of receipt of the order to the Load method Oriented Manufacturing Control (LOMC) where the timing of the receipt of the order is based on a calculation that considers the manufacturing lead time order delivery time to customers, the available capacity at each work station, processing time at the work station and production flow on the production floor and also determine the critical path on the activities to be undertaken by the NCB engine 8. Using the Load method Oriented Manufacturing Control with due regard to the available capacity, delivery time and the priority order is obtained within project acceptance and also make critical path analysis of the project to be undertaken by the NCB 8 This shows that the calculation of the timing of receipt of the order the order by using the Load method Oriented Manufacturing Control (LOMC) is moreaccurate than the actual method. the delivery time and the priority order is obtained within project acceptance and also make an analysis of the critical path of the project to be undertaken by the NCB 8 engines.. Ketepatan dalam pemenuhan waktu penerimaan pesanan yang dijanjikan perusahaan dan kualitas produk yang sesuai dengan harapan, serta biaya yang dibebankan dinilai wajar adalah unsur-unsur kepuasan yang harus dipenuhi oleh perusahaan terhadap konsumen. PT. TMMINmerupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan produk-produk part mobil seperti roof mobil, hood engine, dan fender. Berdasarkan data dari perusahaan, berdasarkan data perusahaan tahun 2018 banyak ketidaksesuaian ataupun mengalami delay terhadap mesin ataupun jadwal yang telah dibuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu penerimaan pesanan dengan metode Load Oriented Manufacturing Control (LOMC) dimana penentuan waktu penerimaan pesanan didasarkan pada perhitungan manufacturing lead time yang mempertimbangkan waktu pengiriman order ke konsumen, kapasitas yang tersedia pada tiap stasiun kerja, waktu proses pada stasiun kerja dan aliran produksi di lantai produksi dan juga menentukan jalur kritis pada kegiatan yang akan dilakukan oleh mesin NCB 8. Dengan menggunakan metode Load Oriented Manufacturing Control dengan memperhatikan kapasitas tersedia, waktu pengiriman dan prioritas order diperoleh waktu penerimaan proyek dan juga membuat analisis terhadap jalur kritis pada pengerjaan proyek yang akan dikerjakan oleh mesin NCB8. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan penentuan waktu penerimaan pesanan order dengan menggunakan metode Load Oriented Manufacturing Control (LOMC) lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan metode aktual.
