Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and organizational culture on turnover intention of PT. Calico Metals Indonesia. This research was conducted on all 64 employees of PT Calico Metals Indonesia using a causal research design. The method of data collection using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire and the analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis where in data processing through SmartPLS version 3.2 software. The results showed that compensation had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, leadership style had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational culture had a significant and negative effect on labor turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Autocratic Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention PT. Calico Metals Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan PT Calico Metals Indonesia yang berjumlah 64 orang karyawan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dimana dalam pengolahan data melalui software SmartPLS versi 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
