Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were 150 employees of PT. Multiplikasi Anugerah Sejahtera. The sample used is 110 employees, calculated using the slovin formula. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that compensation, job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Multiplikasi Anugerah Sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 karyawan PT. Multiplikasi Anugerah Sejahtera. Di dapat sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 110 karyawan, dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Multiplikasi Anugerah Sejahtera Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
