Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment, organizational culture, participative leadership, and worklife balance on the employee performance either partially or simultaneously in Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tangerang. This study uses four independent variable work environment, organizational culture, participative leadership, and worklife balance and uses the dependent variable is the employee performance. Data were collected using a questionnaire that is distributing questionnaires and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of work environment, organizational culture, participative leadership, and worklife balance on the employee performance which processed using SPSS. Research results that have been obtained showed that simultaneous variable work environment, organizational culture, participative leadership, and worklife balance affect the employee performance. While partially variable work environment and significant positive effect on the peemployee performance, organizational culture positive and significant effect on the employee performance, participative leadership positive and significant effect on the employee performance and worklife balance positive and significant effect on the employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan partisipatif, dan worklife balance terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai baik secara simultan maupun parsial di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel bebas yaitu lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan partisipatif, worklife balance dan menggunakan satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan partisipatif, worklife balance terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan partisipatif, dan worklife balance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai. budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai, kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai, dan worklife balance berpengaruh positif tdan signifikan erhadap kinerja kerja pegawai Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Partisipatif, Worklife Balance, Kinerja Kerja Pegawai.
