Abstract
This study aims to examine and examine the effect of leverage, profitability, dividend policy and corporate governance on the value of company’s in tourism, hotel and restaurant company’s listed on the IDX. The population in this study were tourism, hotel and restaurant companies during the period 2013- 2017, which amounted to 25 companies. The sampling used was purposive sampling. Based on predetermined criteria, a sample of 10 company’s was obtained multiplied by 5 years to 50 companies. The type of data used is secondary data taken by accessing the idx.co.id site and the official website of each official company. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage and profitability have a significant positive effect on firm value. While the dividend policy measured by the DPR and independent commissioners has a positive and insignificant effect, and managerial and institutional ownership shows a significant negative effect on firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh Leverage, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan dividen dan Corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Pariwisata, Hotel dan Restoran yang tercatat di BEI. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Pariwisata, Hotel dan Restoran selama periode 2013-2017 yang berjumlah 25 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 10 perusahaan dikalikan dengan 5 tahun menjadi 50 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil dengan mengakses situs idx.co.id dan situs resmi masing-masing resmi perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif ssecara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sementara kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan DPR dan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan serta kepemilikan manajerial dan institusional menunjukkan pengaruh negative secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Dividen dan Corporate Governance.
