Abstract

This research is to find out the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The object of this study is the management and employees who work at PT. Ep-Tec Solutions Indonesia Logistic and Warehouse section located in BSD. This research was conducted using a descriptive approach that leads to case study research. Therefore, the analysis used is a descriptive analysis of the case studies conducted. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in this case uses the Odoo ERP system, which occurred at PT. Ep-Tec Solutions Indonesia is the efficiency of work related to recording and data collection in the warehouse because it will reduce the time in doing each job and reduce the workforce needed for recording, and data integration between parts of the company can be done quickly and computerized which makes the flow easier the information. So that users are working more structured and systematic. Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning, Operational Management, Warehousing Management. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui atas penerapan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Objek penelitian ini adalah manajemen dan pegawai yang bekerja pada PT. Ep-Tec Solutions Indonesia bagian Logistic and Warehouse yang berlokasi di BSD. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang mengarah kepada penelitian studi kasus. Karena itu, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis secara deskriptif atas studi kasus yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) dalam hal ini menggunakan sistem ERP Odoo, yang terjadi pada PT. Ep-Tec Solutions Indonesia adalah efisiensi pekerjaan yang terkait pencatatan dan pendataan di warehouse karena akan mengurangi waktu dalam melakukan setiap pekerjaan dan mengurangi tenaga kerja yang diperlukan untuk pecatatan, dan integrasi data antar bagian di perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat dan terkomputerisasi yang menjadikan lebih mudah aliran informasinya. Sehingga user sudah bekerja lebih terstruktur dan tersistematis. Kata kunci : Enterprise Resource Planning, Manajemen Operasional, Manajemen Pergudangan.
