Abstract
This study aims to identify and explain the influence of the career development, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee engagement of the department business development. Types of research used in this study is a quantitative and research methods are used methods of explanation. Samples taken as many as 83 employees by using purposive sampling. Analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that career development, transformational leadership , job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Keyword : Career Development, Transformational Leadership, Job satisfaction, Employee Engagement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keterikatan karyawan departemen business development. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan serta metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode penjelasan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 83 karyawan dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pengembangan karir, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Keterikatan Karyawan
