Abstract
vi ABSTRAK Videogame merupakan multimedia interaktif yang sangat di gemari oleh masyarakat luas dikarenakan banyaknya pilihan genres videogame yang berkembang saat ini seperti simulasi, arcade, action,strategy dan masih banyak lagi, namun ada genre khusus seperti genre strategy yang bermanfaat bukan hanya untuk mendapatkan hiburan dalam bermain videogame serta juga mendapatkan pembelajaran, di karenakan pemain di tuntut untuk berfikir agar dapat menyelesaikan segala misi yang ada dalam permainan tersebut. Tower defense game adalah sub-genre dari genre strategy yang memiliki aturan permainan yaitu pemain diharuskan membangun tower untuk mempertahankan base mereka dari serangan musuh yang datang dengan sumber daya yang ada. Dari dasar diataslah maka dibangunlah aplikasi tower defense TOWERTOWERAN berbasis PC desktop dengan menggunakan teknologi 3D. Pengembangan sistem pada aplikasi game TOWERTOWERAN menggunakan model waterfall dengan use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, state machine diagram, dan class diagram sebagai alat perancangan serta menggunakan unity3d, visual studio dan blender sebagai alat pengimplementasian game. Kata Kunci: TOWERTOWERAN, Videogame, Tower defense, unity3d ABSTRACT Videogame is an interactive multimedia that is greatly enjoyed by the public because of the vast selection of videogame genres that are developing today such as simulation, arcade, action, strategy and many more, but there is a special genre like strategy genre useful not only to get entertainment in playing videogames and also get the learning experience, because player in demand to think in order to complete all the missions that exist in the game. Tower defense game is a sub-genre of the strategy genre that has a game rule that players are required to build towers to defend their base from incoming enemy attacks using all their resources. Based on that evaluation development of the tower defense TOWERTOWERAN is an application based on desktop PC using 3D technology. System development in TOWERTOWERAN game application is using a waterfall model with use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, state machine diagram, and class diagram as a design tool and using an unity3d, visual studio and blender as a game implementing tool.
