Abstract
ABSTRAK Adanya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan perubahan pada metode analisa sehingga mengakibatkan meningkatnya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk analisa sampel dan adanya kenaikan overtime pada departemen Quality control PT XYZ, peningkatan kapasitas tanpa didukung peningkatan sumber daya manusia menimbulkan kelebihan beban kerja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengkajian ulang mengenai jumlah pegawai untuk menyesuaikan terhadap beban kerja yang ada. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan Workload Analysis dengan teknik sampling kerja (work sampling) yaitu menghitung beban kerja yang ada kemudian dilakukan penyesuaian terhadap jumlah pekerja. Dari perhitungan beban kerja yang didapat, pada unit Semi finish good, beban kerja awal untuk preparator dan dissolusi sebesar 112,1% dan 119,9% penambahan satu personel dan penggabungan tugas menurunkan beban kerja menjadi 105%, pada operator HPLC sebesar 119,9% penambahan satu personel menurunkan beban kerja menjadi 80,2%, pada laboran sebesar 119% penambahan satu personel menurunkan beban kerja menjadi 79,3%. Pada unit Stability and validation, beban kerja awal preparator dan dissolusi 98,7% dan 108,6%, penggabungan tugas menurunkan beban kerja menjadi 103%. Pada unit Raw material, beban kerja awal pada analis sebesar 116,5% penambahan satu personel menurunkan beban kerja menjadi 77,7%. Kata Kunci : Workload Analysis, Work Sampling, Beban Kerja, Quality control ABSTACT Increasement in production capacity and changes in the analysis methode make the time for sample analysis increasing which, affecting the increasement of overtime in Quality control Departemen PT XYZ. Increasement of production capacity without balancing the human resoures resulting an overload of work. Therefore, a review of the number of employees is needed to balancing the existing workload. Workload Analysis with work sampling techniques are used to calculate the existing workload and adjusting the number of employees. Based on the measurement, in the Semi finish good unit, the initial workload for the preparator and dissolution was 112.1% and 119.9% for the addition of one personnel and the combined task, reducing the workload to 105%, for the HPLC operator was 119.9 %, the addition of one personnel reduced the workload to 80.2%, for laboratory was 119% the addition of one personnel reduced the workload to 79.3%. In the Stability and validation unit, the initial workload for the preparator and dissolution was 98.7% and 108.6%, by combining the task, reducing the workload to 103%. In the Raw material unit, the initial workload for analysts was 116.5%, the addition of one personnel reduced the workload to 77.7%.
