Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Growth Rate and Asset Structure Against Capital Structure in Food and Beverage Sub Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used in this study are in the form of annual reports of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2018 period. The number of Food and Beverage companies that were sampled in this study were 13 companies with observations over 4 years. Based on the purposive sampling method, the total sample of the study was 52 company annual reports representing the population. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the multiple linear regression study showed that firm size had a negative and significant effect on capital structure, asset structure had a positive and significant effect on capital structure and growth rates had no effect on capital structure. Keywords: Company Size, Growth Rate, Asset Structure, Capital Structure Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Tinngkat Pertumbuhan dan Struktur Aktiva Terhadap Struktur Modal pada perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Food And Beverage yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan Food And Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2018. Jumlah perusahaan Food And Beverage yang dijadikan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 Perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 4 tahun. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, total sampel penelitian adalah 52 laporan tahunan perusahaan mewakili populasi. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian regresi liniear berganda menunjukan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, Struktur Aktiva berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal dan Tingkat Pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal.
