Abstract

In the concept of supply chain, Supplier is one of the important and influential part of the company's existence. Therefore, companies need to have the right Supplier. One way to evaluate the Supplier to be able to improve Supplier performance. Evaluation of Suppliers based on consideration of more than one criterion. This research was done at Pakuwon Group, real estate company with superblock concept, Mall, Apartment and Office Tower in one area. This study aims to determine the criteria that affect Supplier performance ratings based on previous research and study literature, and also to measure Supplier performance using these criteria. The sampling method used is sampling judgment where the entire population is taken as a sample. The population in question is those who have decision-making authority in the selection and evaluation of Suppliers that Purchasing Department and Marketing promotions Departements. This research used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the expert choise software. The criteria that used as indicators of research is QCDFR (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, Responsivenss). The final rating of relative importance’s Supplier evaluaion criteria was found: Priority I is Quality, priority II is Cost, priority III is Delivery, priority IV is Flexibility, and V priority is Responsiveness. The final results of overall Supplier performance assessment was found: Supplier PT. Y and Supplier PT. X with score "Good", and the last Supplier PT. Z with score "Enough" and from this results, we can suggest PT.Z must improve they performance for the future.
