Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Perbandingan Penggunaan Perancah Baja Konvensional Dan Perancah Baja Modifikasi Pada Pekerjaan Facade Stasiun MRT Lebak Bulus, Nama : Didin Hariyadi, NIM : 41116310078, Dosen Pembimbing : Ali Sunandar, S.ST, MT., 2018 Perancah baja merupakan komponen yang sangat penting dalam pekerjaan konstruksi untuk penunjang pekerjaan selanjutnya. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis perbandingan penggunaan perancah baja konvensional dan perancah baja modifikasi ditinjau dari segi metode pelaksanaan di lapangan. Data yang dipakai terdiri dari data sekunder dan data primer, data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan pengisian kuisioner oleh responden. Analisis perbandingan yang dilakukan yaitu analisis kualitatif meliputi kriteria produktivitas dan durasi pekerjaan, biaya, metode pelaksanaan, keselamatan kerja, mobilisasi, akses kerja, ketahanan material terhadap cuaca. Hasil dari analisis tersebut diolah dengan bantuan software expert choice. Data sekunder berupa literatur yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan perancah baja mulai dari analisa teknik dan internet. Hasil analisis dari combined pada software expert choice yaitu perancah baja modifikasi memperoleh bobot 0,589 sedangkan perancah baja konvesional memperoleh bobot 0,411 dengan nilai inconsistency 0,090. Sehingga perancah baja modifikasi yang lebih baik digunakan pada proyek dengan studi kasus tersebut karena pembobotan yang telah diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan data yang berupa perhitungan, pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan jawaban kuisioner dari responden lebih tinggi daripada perancah baja konvensional. The purpose of this research s to analyze comparison of the used conventional scaffolding and scaffold modified in terms of implementation methods in the field. The data used consisting of secondary data and primary data, the primary data was obtained of direct observation in the field, quisioner result by respondents. The comperative analysis was by qualitative analysis covering the criteria of productivity and duration work, cost, a method of implementation, occupational safety, mobilization, access work, resistance of material to weather. The result of this analysis mixed help by expert choice software. The secondary data are literature relating to work scaffolding steel from engineering analysis and the internet. The result of analysis from the combined of expert choice program that is a modified scaffolding obtain weight is 0,589 while a conventional scaffolding obtain weight is 0,411 with the velue inconsistency 0,090. So, the modified scaffolding is better to use on the case study project because the weightings of result that has been obtained from data processing calculation, direct obsevation and the result of quisioner is higher than conventional scaffolding.
