Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is to know the achievement of company performance on output production at PT CG Power Systems Indonesia year 2016/2017 and to know the course of Six Sigma System used to measure the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on output production. The object of this research is PT CG Power Systems Indonesia located in Cileungsi. This research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive method. Data analysis used is primary data and secondary data that collected qualitative data is described based on the facts seen in the situation studied, then compiled, processed, and interpreted or taken a conclusion. The results of the companys’s performance evaluation on output production at PT CG Power Systems Indonesia year 2016/2017 has not been achieved as expected because the average results of the company’s actual performance on output production is still below the company standard that has been determined. The average actual performance only reaches 70% while the company’s expected performance standard is 95% of the predetermined standard value by the company. And the Six Sigma system used to measure the Key Performance Indicator on the company’s output prpduction has not gone well. Because it still needs an increase, so as to achieve a good stage or excellence. Because there are still many things that need to be improved in areas such as; material, manpower, mechine, method, measurement, and environment. The Six Sigma system (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is expected to assist companies in improving the company's performance on an ongoing basis. Keywords: Six Sigma System (DMAIC),5M1E, performance, evaluation ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tercapainya kinerja perusahaan pada output production di PT CG Power Systems Indonesia tahun 2016/2017 dan untuk mengetahui jalannya sistem Six Sigma yang digunakan untuk mengukur Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada output production. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT CG Power Systems Indonesia yang berlokasi di Cileungsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder yaitu data kualitatif yang terkumpul diuraikan berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang terlihat pada situasi yang diteliti, kemudian disusun, diolah, dan diinterpresentasikan atau diambil suatu kesimpulan. Hasil evaluasi kinerja perusahaan pada output production di PT CG Power Systems Indonesia tahun 2016/2017 belum tercapai seperti apa yang diharapkan karena rata-rata hasil kinerja aktual perusahaan pada output production masih dibawah standar perusahaan yang telah ditentukan. Rata-rata kinerja aktual hanya mencapai 70% sedangkan standar kinerja perusahaan yang diharapkan adalah 95% dari nilai standar yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan.Dan sistem Six Sigma yang digunakan untuk mengukur Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada output production perusahaan belum berjalan dengan baik. Karena masih memerlukan peningkatan, sehingga tercapai tahapan yang baik atau excellence. Karena masih banyak hal-hal yang perlu ditingkatkan di area seperti; material (bahan), manpower (tenaga kerja), mechine (mesin), methode (metode), measurement (pengukuran), dan environment (lingkunagn hidup). Dengan adanya sistem Six Sigma (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve,Control)diharapkan mampu membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara berkesinambungan.
