Abstract

Manpower is one of the resources that plays a very important role in the smooth running of a project because manpower involves human problems that have various kinds of human nature and behavior. The project used for this study experienced a time delay. This is because the weight of the Wind Tunnel Machine itself is 70.9%. regardless of the weight of the Wind Tunnel Machine, if you calculate the progress of only the building, it's still a minus. Because on the 21st week they should have done the GWT and Pump House work, but the actual work has not been done for the Work. Therefore, to catch up with the deviation, an acceleration effort was made, namely by immediately completing the work on the superstructure. So, from the Wind Tunnel machine itself, it can be immediately installed on the ground floor. Data collection method used is observation method. Observations were made in collecting data to determine the effectiveness of the workforce using the productivity rating method (effective work, essential contributory work, and ineffective work) and using a form tool, namely the Operation Process Chart method. The level of labor productivity of the J and S tribes on the installation of the ground floor slab on the work of the superstructure is 79.46% and 66.13%. After analysis by using productivity rating method and Operation Process Chart, then it will be proposed how to improve labor productivity to install concrete slab that can help contractors to choose workers those are more selective and to reduce activities those are not effective, giving bonuses (rewards) to the best workers in turn, and also tightening the supervision process in the field from the contractor side. Keywords : concrete slab, labour of productivity, operation process chart, productivity rating , wind tunnel project Tenaga kerja adalah salah satu sumber daya yang sangat berperan dalam hal kelancaran suatu proyek karena tenaga kerja menyangkut masalah-masalah manusia yang memiliki berbagai macam sifat dan perilaku manusia itu sendiri. Proyek yang dijadikan penelitian ini mengalami keterlambatan waktu. Hal ini disebabkan karena Bobot dari Mesin Wind Tunnel itu sendiri 70,9 %. terlepas dari bobot Mesin Wind Tunnel, Jika dihitung progress hanya bangunan nya saja, tetap masih minus. Dikarenakan pada Minggu ke 21 harusnya sudah mengerjakan Pekerjaan GWT dan Rumah Pompa, namun aktual nya belum dikerjakan untuk Pekerjaan tersebut. Sebab itu, untuk mengejar deviasi tersebut dilakukan upaya percepatan yaitu dengan segera menyelesaikan untuk pekerjaan struktur atas nya. Sehingga, dari mesin Wind Tunnel itu sendiri dapat segera di Pasang pada Lantai dasar tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode Observasi. Observasi dilakukan dalam pengambilan data untuk mengetahui efektifitas tenaga kerja digunakan dengan metode Productiviy Rating (effective work, essential contributory work, dan ineffective work) dan menggunakan alat bantu formulir yaitu metode Operation Process Chart. Tingkat produktifitas tenaga kerja Suku J dan Suku S pada pemasangan pelat lantai dasar pada pekerjaan struktur atas yaitu sebesar 79,46 % dan 66,13 %. Setelah analisis dengan menggunakan metode Productivity Rating dengan Operation Process Chart pada kedua tenaga kerja tersebut, maka diberikan usulan yang dapat meningkatkan produktifitas tenaga kerja pekerjaan pelat lantai sehingga dapat membantu para kontraktor untuk memilih tenaga kerja yang lebih baik dan mengurangi kegiatan yang tidak efektif, memberikan bonus (reward) kepada pekerja terbaik secara bergantian, dan juga diperketat proses pengawasan dilapangan dari sisi kontraktor.
