Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influence of the competence of human resources and information technology infrastructure of the effectiveness of the accounting information system and the quality of financial reporting. The object for this research is the institution accounting system at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic Indonesian. This research was done to 84 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is descriptive statistical analysis in the form of validity and reliability test. The results of this research shows that either validity and reliability of variable competence of human resources, information technology infrastructure influence the effectiveness of the accounting information system and the quality of financial reporting at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic Indonesia. It has been proven from the results of validity and reliability test also shows significant point of the four independent variables that supports the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results of this research suggest that there is validity and reliability of influence between variable competence of human resources, information technology infrastructure influence the effectiveness of the accounting information system and the quality of financial reporting at the Ministry of Finance of the Indonesia. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Objek penelitian ini adalah sistem akuntansi instansi pada Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 84 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk uji validitas dan realibilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara validitas dan realibilitas variable kompetensi sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan kualitas laporan keuangan pada Kemenkeu Republik Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji validitas dan uji reabilitas juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari empat variable bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara validitas dan reabilitas antara variable kompetensi sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan kualitas laporan keuangan pada Kemenkeu Indonesia.
