Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) Knowing how much influence the quality of the system to use of information systems, (2) Knowing how much influence the quality of the system to user satisfaction, (3) Knowing how much influence the quality of information to use of information system), (4) Knowing how much influence the quality of information to user satisfaction, (5) Knowing how much influence the use of information systems to individual impact, (6) Knowing how much influence user satisfaction to individual impact. The method used in this study is descriptive dan verificatif. Descriptif used to explain the characteristics of information systems at the unit of analysis and verificatif to test each of the variables involved in this study using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Based on the results of this study concluded that overall information system used by University Mercu Buana is already of sufficient quality. The results also shows: (1) The system’s quality is very weak influence on the use of information systems, (2) The system’s quality is very weak effect on user satisfaction, (3) quality of information is very weak influence on the use of information systems, (4) the quality of the information is effect enough on user satisfaction, (5) use of information systems very weak effect on the individual impact, (6) user satisfaction is very weak effect to the individual impact. Keywords: quality of system, quality of information, use of information systems, user satisfaction, individual impact ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas sistem terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi (use), (2) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna, (3) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi (use), (4) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna, (5) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan sistem informasi (use) terhadap dampak individual (individual impact), (6) Mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan pengguna terhadap dampak individual (individual impact), Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yaitu untuk menjelaskan karakteristik-karakteristik sistem informasi pada unit analisis dan verifikatif yaitu untuk menguji setiap variabel yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh Universitas Mercu Buana sudah cukup berkualitas. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan: (1) Kualitas sistem berpengaruh sangat lemah terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi (use), (2) Kualitas sistem berpengaruh sangat lemah terhadap kepuasan pengguna, (3) Kualitas informasi berpengaruh sangat lemah terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi (use), (4) Kualitas informasi cukup berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna, (5) Penggunaan sistem informasi (use) berpengaruh sangat lemah terhadap dampak individual (individual impact), (6) Kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh sangat lemah terhadap dampak individual (individual impact), Kata Kunci: kulitas sistem, kualitas informasi, penggunaan sistem informasi, kepuasan pengguna, dampak individual
