Abstract
The development of automotive in every year is very fast, because the weather conditions in Indonesia every year are not supportive. By looking at current technological developments, it becomes a staple for business people to improve services to consumers to provide facilities in obtaining information. The purpose of Analysis and Design of Web-Based Car Salon Services is the design of applications that facilitate, speed up, and reduce the level of errors in data recording, sales management and service for customers. The design of this system will consist of two parts, namely admin and customer. The admin section functions to manage the management of activities, while the customer section to book online, view information and make purchases of Excellent Car Wash & Ceramic Coating products. The author makes a website-based application design using Figma to draw a User Interface. This system design is expected to help in making an effective and efficient system in supporting activities at the car salon. Keywords: design, car salon, figma Perkembangan otomotif di setiap tahunnya sangat pesat, Karena kondisi cuaca di Indonesia setiap tahunnya tidak mendukung. Dengan melihat perkembangan teknologi saat ini, menjadi hal pokok bagi pebisnis untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada konsumen untuk memberikan kemudahan-kemudahan dalam mendapatkan informasi. Tujuan Analisa dan Perancangan Pelayanan Salon Mobil Berbasis Web yaitu desain aplikasi yang mempermudah, mempercepat, dan mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam pencatatan data, manajemen penjualan dan pelayanan untuk pelanggan. Perancangan sistem ini akan terdiri atas dua bagian yaitu admin dan pelanggan. Bagian admin berfungsi untuk mengelola manajemen kegiatan, sedangkan bagian pelanggan untuk melakukan book online, melihat informasi dan melakukan pembelian produk Excellent Car Wash & Ceramic Coating. Penulis membuat desain aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan Figma untuk menggambar User Interface. perancangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam membuat sistem yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada salon mobil.
