Abstract
Konflik hubungan industrial seringkali menyebabkan perusahaan menghabiskan banyak waktu, tenaga, dan uang. Penggunaan model komunikasi yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan konflik hubungan industrial menentukan keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penggunaan model komunikasi Industrial Relation Coaching berbasis teknologi Neuro-Semantics (Meta Coaching) dalam penyelesaian konflik hubungan industrial. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Corinthian Industries Indonesia, yang menggunakan Industrial Relation Coaching berbasis teknologi Neuro-Semantics (Meta Coaching) sejak tahun 2013. Sebelum menggunakan model komunikasi ini, PT Corinthian Industries Indonesia selalu gagal menyelesaikan konflik hubungan industrial, meski telah mencoba berbagai macam metode. Dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan turut menentukan pengambilan keputusan model komunikasi ini. Gaya kepemimpinan tim (9,9) secara khusus ikut memberi andil dalam keberhasilan penggunaan model komunikasi IRC-NS, Salah satu bentuk perubahan yang terjadi setelah penggunaan Industrial Relation Coaching berbasis Neuro-Semantics adalah kemampuan berkomunikasi pada tingkat manajer. Perubahan lain adalah meningkatnya produktifitas karyawan. Manfaat lain dari penggunaan model komunikasi ini dirasakan oleh manajemen perusahaan dalam bentuk penghematan atau efisiensi biaya. Kata kunci: perselisihan hubungan industrial, Coaching hubungan industrial, Tekhnologi Neuro- Semantik (Meta coaching), Gaya kepemimpinan Industrial relation conflict oftenly caused a company waste time, effort, and money.Using the right communication model in resolving industrial relation conflict determine its the success. The purpose of this research is to see how the use of Industrial Relation Coaching based on Neuro-Semantics (Meta Coaching) technology. The research object is PT Corinthian Industries Indonesia which use the Industrial Relation Coaching Neuro-Semantics (Meta Coaching) since 2013. Before using this communication model, PT Corinthian always fail to resolve its industrial relation conflict, eventhough many other methods have been tried. This research reveals that leadership style determine the decision to use this communication model. Team leadership style (9,9) spesifically plays an important role in the application success of communication model IRC-NS. One of the changes after the application of Industrial Relation Coaching Neuro- Semantics is the ability of communication in the managerial level. Another change is the increase in employee’s productivity. Other benefit is experience by company management in the form of saving and cost efficency.
