Abstract
ABSTRACT Name : Cahyo Budi Nur Prastomo Study Program : Management Title : Relationship Analysis Of Work Motivation and Work Discipline On Employee Performance in Jati Sampurna Hospital, Bekasi This study aimed to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance in Jati Sampurna Hospital. The object of this study are employees of Jati Sampurna Hospital. This study was conducted on 80 employees in Jati Sampurna Hospital. The data analysis which is used is multiple linear regression. Based on data calculations and data analysis which is used, the value of regression is: Y = 4,584 + 0,656X1 + 0,311X2, the result show that there is positive and significant correlation between motivation on employee performance, with a significant level 0,656 and a significant difference between work discipline on employee performance, with a significant level 0,311. Therefore, it means that that work motivation and work discipline has an influence on performance of employees in Jati Sampurna Hospital Bekasi. ABSTRAK Nama : Cahyo Budi Nur Prastomo Program Studi : Manajemen Judul : Hubungan Analisis Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Rumah Sakit Jati Sampurna Bekasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Jati Sampurna. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit Jati Sampurna. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 karyawan di Rumah Sakit Jati Sampurna. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data dan analisis yang digunakan, diperoleh nilai regresi berganda yaitu: Y = 4,584 +0,656X1 + 0,311X2 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan tingkat signifikan yaitu 0,656 dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan , dengan tingkat signifikan yaitu 0,311 . Dengan demikian berarti bahwa bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakti Jati Sampurna Bekasi. Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja.
