Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi, mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi serta secara simultan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden dengan sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 responden yang disebar kepada karyawan PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Organisasi. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi, namun budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi dan secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance of PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi, knowing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance of PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi and simultaneously the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance of PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi. The population in this research were 52 respondents to the samples obtained in this research are 48 respondents were distributed to employees of PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing. Independent variables in this study is Leadership Styles and Organizational Culture. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of employees. Partial results showed a significant influence of leadership style and positive impact on the performance of employees of PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi, but organizational culture has insignificant influence on performance of employees of PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi and simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Waterindo Primatech Bekasi.
