Abstract
Abstrak PT. Omron Manufacturing of Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri komponen elektronik, khususnya komponen Relay, Switch dan Sensor. Objek penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dalam Lini Produksi departemen Switch. Dalam kegiatan produksinya, departemen Switch berupaya menghasilkan produk yang baik dan bisa memuaskan pelanggan. Dan tentunya hal ini juga tidak dapat terlepas dari Kualitas suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas line produksi pada produk D3V#1 menggunakan metode 8 steps QCC dan Kaizen. Analisa ini menggunakan alat bantu QC 7 tools berupa Diagram batang, diagram pareto, diagram sebab akibat, check sheet dan mengacu pada 8 steps QCC, hasil peneletian yang didapat setelah pengimplementasian metode QCC dan Kaizen adalah penurunan produk cacat CR out dari 0.56% menjadi 0.17%. Kata Kunci : Quality Control Circle, Kaizen, QC 7 tools Abstract PT. The object of the research is done in the production line of the Department Switch. In its activities, the Department strives to produce Switch good products and can satisfy the customer. And of course this also cannot be regardless of the quality of a product. This research aims to improve the quality of the production line on product D3V # 1 using the method 8 steps QCC and Kaizen. This analysis using tools QC 7 tools in the form of bar chart, pareto diagrams, causal diagrams, check sheets and refers to the 8 steps QCC, peneletian results obtained after implementation method of QCC and Kaizen is a decrease in product defect CR out of 0.56% to 0.17%.
