Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational culture on performance of employees. The population in this research is 49 people/employees of PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia (cermati.com) part of insurance. The in use Sampling was as much as 49 employees or use sampling saturated by using all of the population. Data collection method survey method, either with a research instrument is the questionnaire. Data analysis using the method of Partial Least Square. This research proves that job satisfaction is not a significant effect on performance of employees. Significant organizational commitment have no effect on performance of employees. Its culture is a significant positive effect on performance of employees. Keywords: job satisfaction, commitment of organizations, organizational culture, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 49 orang/karyawan PT. Dwi Cermat Indonesia (cermati.com) bagian asuransi. Sempel yang di pergunakan adalah sebanyak 49 karyawan atau menggunakan sempel jenuh dengan menggunakan semua populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunkan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisi data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya oraganisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisai, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan.
