Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan seberapa kuat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada diri seorang karyawan dan untuk menguji serta menjelaskan hubungan antar dimensi dari kedua variabel. Pada penelitian ini metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dimana sampel diambil secara acak. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, yang berisi untuk meminta respon terhadap pernyataan yang ada.Untuk menguji hasil hipotesis ada tidaknya pengaruh kepuasan kerja dengan OCB menggunakan analisa regresi sederhana sedangkan untuk menguji hasil hipotesis ada tidaknya hubungan antar dimensi kepuasan kerja dengan OCB menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap OCB.Adapun dimensi Kepuasan kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap OCB adalah rekan kerja,pekerjaan itu sendiri, promosi, serta dimensi upah/gaji sementara pengawasan rendah pengaruhnya. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja ; Organizational Citizenship Behavior.The research to examine and explain how stong job satisfaction can influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of an employee, also to examine and explain the relationship between dimensions of two variables. In this research, the sampling method using random sampling technique in which samples were taken at random.While data collection techniques used were questionnaires, contained responses of statements. In order to test the hypothesis results of the relations between job satisfaction with OCB, the research used simple regression analysis.While, to test the relation between dimensions of job satisfaction with dimensions OCB, this research used product moment correlation. The result of this research is existence of influence of job satisfaction to OCB. The dimensions of job satisfactions which have big influence to dimensions of OCB are co-workers; the job itself; promotion, also the dimensions of salary/wage; on the other hand job control has lower influence.
