Abstract
Process Improvement and discipline of employees can be reached if employee satisfaction increased PT Timah Tbk. Factors that are expected to increase job satisfaction are discussed in this research is employee compensation and career programs. This research was conducted at PT Timah Tbk and problems examined is how much influence compensation and career programs either partially or simultaneously on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Timah Tbk. Based on analysis of data obtained showed that the compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction with the level of relations of 0265, career program has a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction with the level of the relation of 0.482, as well as together (simultaneous) compensation and career program has a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction with R2 values of 45.3%. Keywords: Compensation, Career Programs, Employee SatisfactionImprovement terhadap semua alur proses kerja dan kedisiplinan karyawan dapat tercapai apabila kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Timah Tbk meningkat. Faktor-faktor yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu kompensasi dan program karir karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Timah Tbk dan masalah yang diteliti adalah seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan program karir baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Timah Tbk. Hasil analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan tingkat relasi sebesar 0.265, program karir memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan tingkat relasi sebesar 0,482, serta secara bersama-sama (simultan) kompensasi dan program karir berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai R2M sebesar 45.3%.
