Abstract

ABSTRAK Transformator distribusi sangat penting perannya karena sebagai jantungnya disribusi tenaga listrik. Permasalahannya adalah kita harus dapat mengantisipasi apabila transformator terdapat gangguan. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil sempel tiga transformator dengan dua kali uji DGA. Melalui uji DGA, kegagalan pada transformator dapat dideteksi berdasarkan gas-gas hidrokarbon yaitu H2, CO2, CO, C2H6, C2H4, CH4. Jumlah dari gas-gas tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metode TDCG, Key Gases, Roger Ratio dan Duval Triangle. Hasil analisa, ketiga transformator mengalami kegagalan pemanasan lebih yang bersumber dari gulungan sehingga timbul gas hidrogen dalam jumlah besar. Namun gangguan tersebut tidak berdampak pada kualitas listrik yang dihasilkan sehingga kegagalan dapat terjadi tanpa disadari. Oleh karenanya direkomendasikan untuk melakukan tes DGA berkala untuk mengantisipasi kegagalan transformator. The problem is we have to be able to anticipate if there is a disturbance transformer. In this research, take three transformer samples with two DGA tests. Through the DGA test, the failure of the transformer can be detected based on hydrocarbon gases namely H2, CO2, CO, C2H6, C2H4, CH4. The amount of these gases will be analyzed using the TDCG, Key Gases, Roger Ratio and Duval Triangle methods. Based on the results of analysis and testing, the three transformers failed to overheat which originated from the windings resulting in large amounts of hydrogen gas. However, the interference does not have an impact on the quality of electricity generated so that failure can occur unnoticed. Therefore it is recommended to conduct periodic DGA tests to anticipate transformer failures.
