Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of transactionoanal leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. This research was conducted on 75 respondents. The approach used in this study is the Structual Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the transactional leadership variables and work discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test on the Boostrapping test and the model accuracy test also shows the significance value of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: transactional leadership, work discipline, employee performance, PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya kepemimpinan transaksioanal dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri. Metode peneltian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structual Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transaksional dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis lpada uji Boostrapping dan uji ketepatan model juga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transaksional, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan, PT. Fresnel Perdana Mandiri
