Abstract

This research aims to influence the compensation and the Transformational leadership style to turnover intention employees at PT. Rura Graha Propertindo, the population in this study amounted to 60 people. Sampling techniques used sampling methods are saturated sampling, data processing using SPSS. The results of positive impact compensation and the transformation of transformational leadership has positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention employees at PT. Ruragraha Propertindo. Keywords: compensation, transformational leadership style, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT. Rura Graha Propertindo, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan di PT. Ruragraha Propertindo. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Turnover Intention
