Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of occupational health safety (K3), work environment and workload on employee performance. The object of this research is employees of PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri .The sample used in this study was 78 respondent. The approach used in this research is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model. By using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is the statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed occupational health safety (K3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and workload has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keyword: Occupational Health Safety, Work Environment, Worload, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3), lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja Terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri Bagian Produksi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 78 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model. Dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk SEM PLS. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keselamatan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri Bagian Produksi. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri Bagian Produksi. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri Bagian Produksi. Kata Kunci : Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
