Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of leadership style, compensation and organizational culture toword performance of SATPELHUB Employees in Kebayoran Lama District. The design of this study uses descriptive quantitative, with the research object being 32 SATPELHUB employees, using saturated sample techniques, whose analysis uses Linear Regression with the Statistical Product Solution of Service (SPSS) program. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and compensation have no significant effect on SATPELHUB employee performance. While organizational culture has a significant effect on SATPELHUB employee performance.. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, organizational culture, performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja Pegawai SATPELHUB Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif quantitatif, dengan objek penelitian adalah 32 Pegawai SATPELHUB, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yang analisanya menggunakan Regresi Linear dengan program Statistical Product Solution of Service (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai SATPELHUB. Sedangkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai SATPELHUB. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja, kompensasi.
