Abstract

Condition of politics in Indonesia today, the competition between parties is now more strict. Party decision-makers as well as all party committee to conduct a variety of anticipation on the increasingly dynamic conditions through proper planning in order to maintain and enhance motivation, performance and loyalty of its human resources owned by the parties. It is very necessary, so the party can survive and compete with each other. Prosperous Justice Party in Jakarta has a problem of motivation, performance and loyalty of its members in running the party activities. This paper is one attempt was made to the author in solving existing problems in the party, particularly on motivation, performance and loyalty. Therein, the authors serve on the related theory, the general picture of the organization, research methods, collecting and processing data, and provides a necessary conclusions and suggestions for the party. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. In general it can be concluded that the motivation and performance has a significant effect on loyalty. Where in chapter five can be seen that the current state of motivation, performance and loyalty of human resources at the Prosperous Justice Party in Jakarta is in the range of 3 - 4 which means being in good enough position. Therefore, the authors explain this so that in future can be improved for the better. In this research shows that motivation and performance has a significant effect on loyalty. This means that the level of motivation and high level of performance is an indication that the high level of loyalty that exist also, and vice versa. The author is hoped that this paper can be useful in seeking a solution to the problem of conditions that exist today. Necessary to have a party improvements should be made in the management and human resource development owned by the party.Kondisi perpolitikan di Indonesia saat ini, persaingan antar partai kini semakin ketat. Pihak pengambil keputusan serta seluruh pengurus partai perlu melakukan berbagai antisipasi atas kondisi yang semakin dinamis tersebut melalui penyusunan perencanaan yang tepat agar dapat menjaga serta meningkatkan motivasi, kinerja dan loyalitas para sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki partai. Hal ini sangat diperlukan, agar partai dapat bertahan dan mampu bersaing dengan yang lainnya. Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di DKI Jakarta memiliki permasalahan mengenai motivasi, kinerja serta loyalitas para anggotanya dalam menjalankan aktifitas kepartaian. Tulisan ini merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan penulis dalam melakukan pemecahan permasalahan yang ada di partai, khususnya mengenai motivasi, kinerja dan loyalitas tersebut. Didalamnya, penulis sajikan mengenai teori – teori yang terkai atas hal tersebut, gambaran organisasi secara umum, metode penelitian yang dilakukan, pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, serta memberikan suatu kesimpulan dan saran yang diperlukan bagi partai. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kwantitatif. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Dimana pada bab lima dapat terlihat bahwa kondisi saat ini mengenai motivasi, kinerja dan loyalitas sumber daya manusia pada Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di DKI Jakarta berada pada kisaran nilai 3 – 4 yang berarti berada pada posisi yang cukup baik. Oleh sebab itu, penulis memaparkan hal ini agar di masa yang akan datang dapat ditingkatkan menjadi lebih baik. Dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi dan kinerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Hal ini memiliki arti bahwa tingkat motivasi dan tingkat kinerja yang tinggi merupakan suatu indikasi bahwa tingkat loyalitas yang ada tinggi pula, begitu pula sebaliknya. Penulis sangat mengharapkan agar tulisan ini dapat bermanfaat dalam mengupayakan suatu pemecahan masalah atas kondisi yang ada saat ini. Perlu adanya suatu perbaikan yang harus dilakukan partai dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki partai.
