Abstract

PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk as a company,sees its employee as the main asset and have the central role in running employee productiviy development. ADHI sees thatbthe employee have to have worked satisfaction since an employee which have work satisfation will effect to employee performance,more over in individual and company performance. Interested to know how much the influence of work satisfaction to employee performance and how strong the relation between work satisfation variable indicators with employee performance variable indicators the writer make the research on it. Research method is descriptive analysis survey research,involved 100 respondent. Research tools is work satisfaction and employee performance instrument. Both of instrument is listed with Likert scale and statistic analysis used computer program named SPSS Versi 17.0. Hypothesis to use product moment corelation (Pearson corelation) and simple regretion linier. Research result is got with koefisien value correlation 0,565, with p = 0,000, determine coefisien value is 0,319 or 31,90 %; significant value count = 6.782; p: 0,00; predict valuei count = 45,662. Based on the research result partially get a fact that simultaneously work satisfaction variable had positive influence and significant to employee performance. The conclusion is that the work satisfaction in PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk is a very important factors for employee performance. Keyword : work satisfaction,employee performance.PT. Adhi Karya memandang karyawan sebagai aset utama perusahaan dan memiliki peran sentral dalam menggerakkan roda perkembangan produktivitas perusahaan. Dalam pandangan ADHI karyawannya harus memiliki kepuasan dalam bekerja karena karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, baik kinerja individual maupun perusahaan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan seberapa kuat hubungan antara indikator-indikator variabel kepuasan kerja dengan indikator-indikator variabel kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian survey bersifat analisis deskriptif, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrumen kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Kedua instrumen tersebut disusun dengan penskalaan model Likert dan analisis statistiknya menggunakan komputer dengan program SPSS Versi 17.0. Uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi produk moment (korelasi Pearson) dan model regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,565, dengan p = 0,000, nilai R2 = 0,319; thitung = 6.782; p: 0,00 dan F hitung = 45,662; Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut secara parsial diperoleh suatu fakta bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulannya adalah kepuasan kerja di PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
