Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial experience on financial behavior of the employees in PT. Global Medik Persada. This research using proportional random sampling technique which is done to 135 samples from 204 population of the employees in PT. Global Medik Persada. Method of data analysis in this research using Partial Least Square with SmartPLS version 3,0. The results of research showed that financial knowledge variable significantly influence financial behavior, financial attitude variable significantly influence financial behavior, and financial experience variable significantly affects financial behavior. The implications is that employees can makes financial planning in order to educate more responsible financial behavior, and beside that an employees also need to realized that ability to act and make decisions in finance is very important to manage finance better. Keywords: Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Financial Experience, Financial Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial knowledge, financial attitude, dan financial experience terhadap financial behavior pada pegawai PT. Global Medik Persada. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling yang dilakukan terhadap 135 sampel dari 204 populasi pada Pegawai PT. Global Medik Persada. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square dengan SmartPLS versi 3,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable financial knowledge pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial behavior, variable financial attitude pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial behavior, dan variable financial experience pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial behavior. Implikasinya adalah pegawai dapat membuat perencanaan keuangan agar dapat mengedukasi perilaku keuangan yang lebih bertanggung jawab, selain itu pegawai juga perlu menyadari bahwa kemampuan bertindak dan mengambil keputusan dalam keuangan sangatlah penting untuk mengatur keuangan yang lebih baik.
