Abstract

RELATIONSHIP OF SELF-EFFICACY AND STRESS TO EMPLOYEE STUDENTS THAT WORKING ON UNDERGRADUATE THESIS AT MERCU BUANA UNIVERSITY OF KRANGGAN D CAMPUS By Bunga Anggreliasari 46115210004 ABSTRACT The goal in this research to know the relation of self efficacy and stress to employee students that working on Undergraduate Thesis at Mercu Buana University of Kranggan D Campus. The research method used quantitative methods, subjects that in research is working employee students on Undergraduate Thesis. The sampling techniques used in this research is incidental sampling. The sample in this research are 191 respondents. Measuring instrument used in this study there are two scales namely General Self Efficacy Scale and Perceived Stress Scale. The research on using the tools in the form of SPSS 20 (Statistics Program for Scale Science 20) for windows. The results of this research show the correlation value obtained is 0.211 and the significance value p = 0.003 < 0.05. This shows that there is a positive relationship of self efficacy and stress to employee students that working on Undergraduate Thesis at of Mercu Buana University of Kranggan D Campus. Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Stress, Employee Students HUBUNGAN EFIKASI DIRI DAN STRES PADA MAHASISWA KARYAWAN YANG SEDANG MENGERJAKAN TUGAS AKHIR DI UNIVERSITAS MERCU BUANA KAMPUS D KRANGGAN Oleh Bunga Anggreliasari 46115210004 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan stres pada mahasiswa karyawan yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir di Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus D Kranggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa karyawan yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir. Teknik sampling yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini ialah teknik sampling Insidental. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 191 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua skala yaitu General Self Efficacy Scale dan Perceived Stress Scale. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu berupa aplikasi SPSS (Statistics Program for Scale Science) 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai korelasi yang didapat adalah 0,211 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,003< 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif efikasi diri dan stres pada mahasiswa karyawan yang sedang mengerjakan tugas akhir di Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus D Kranggan.
