Abstract
This study aims to determine the application of good university governance and human resource competence to the performance of empirical study colleges at Mercu Buana Meruya University. This research was conducted in which only structural officials were the research sample, of all the questionnaires that were distributed, only 38 were processed using primary data through questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The sampling method used in this study was the stratified random sampling method. This research method uses descriptive and causal approaches. The data in this study were analyzed using Smart-PLS Version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the application of good university governance and human resource competence has a positive effect on higher education performance. Keywords : Good University Governance, Human Resource Competence, College Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengrtahui penerapan good university governnace dan kompetensi SDM terhadap kinerja perguruan tinggi studi empiris pada Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di mana hanya pejabat struktural yang menjadi sampel penelitian, dari semua kuesioner yang dibagikan, hanya 38 yang dapat diproses dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada para responden. Metode penentu sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode stratified random sampling . Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Smart�PLS Versi 3.0.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan good university governnace dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perguruan tinggi.
