Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structur, and Investment decision to company value. This population is pharmacist companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange on periode 2013 to 2017. The research design is causal research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The method derived from 6 companies that meet the criteria and total company 9 companies during the observation period of five years. The analysis technique used is the panel data regression. The results showed that profitability has positive and significant influence towards the firm value, while the capital structure havs positive and significant influence towards the firm value, and the investment decision havs positive and significant influence towards the firm value. Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Investment Decision, and Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, struktur modal, keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-3017. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 6 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari total 9 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan lima tahun. Total sampel 30 sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
