Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, leverage and profitability on firm value. The population in this study were the property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018, totaling 44 companies. Sampling in this study, researchers used purposive sampling method, namely the selection of non-random samples whose information is obtained with certain considerations and eliminates it, and uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously (Test F) the profitability ratio has a significant effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, the results of the research partially (T test) show that the profitability ratio has a positive effect on Firm Value. However, the Liquidity and Leverage ratios have no effect on Firm Value. Keywords: Liquidity, leverage, profitability, firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2018 yang berjumlah 44 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel tidak acak yang informasinya diperoleh dengan pertimbangan tertentu dan mengeleminasinya, serta menggunakan metode analisis regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan (Uji F) rasio Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sementara hasil penelitian secara parsial (Uji T) menunjukan bahwa rasio Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Akan tetapi, rasio Likuiditas dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas, nilai perusahaan.
