Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Pelayanan Guna Meningkatkan Pelayanan Infrastruktur BRT di Provinsi DKI Jakarta Terhadap Perspektif Wanita, Nama : Aprillia Ainundyasari, NIM : 41117310007, Dosen Pembimbing : Ali Sunandar, S.S.T. M.T, 2020. Kualitas pelayanan dalam suatu dunia usaha sangatlah penting, agar semua kebutuhan konsumen terpenuhi. Begitu juga dengan dunia transportasi darat yang selalu berkembang baik dalam jenisnya, ukuran maupun metode yang digunakan dalam memberikan pelayanan. Bus Rapi Transit yang beroprasi di DKI Jakarta merupakan salah satu moda transportasi masal yang disediakan oleh pemerintah DKI Jakarta untuk menunjang kebutuhan pelayanan bagi warga DKI Jakarta. Pelayanan transportasi yang baik akan memunculkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi parameter kepuasan penumpang BRT di DKI Jakarta, mengetauhi tingkat kepuasan konsumen wanita terhadap kualitas pelayanan BRT di DKI Jakarta.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden. Dari penelitian tingkat kepuasan pelanggan wanita dalam menggunakan fasilitas transportasi publik BRT di premprov DKI Jakarta sebesar 66 %. Kriteria kepuasan pelanggan berada pada kategori Puas. MT, 2020. Quality of service in a business world is very important, so that all consumer needs are met. Likewise with the world of land transportation which is always developing both in its type, size and methods used in providing services. The Neat Transit Bus which operates in DKI Jakarta is one of the modes of mass transportation provided by the DKI Jakarta government to support the service needs of DKI Jakarta residents. Good transportation services will bring up a high level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the dominant factors that affect the parameters of BRT passenger satisfaction in DKI Jakarta, to know the level of female consumer satisfaction with the quality of BRT services in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this study is the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) by distributing questionnaires to respondents. From the research the level of satisfaction of female customers in using the BRT public transportation facilities in DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is 66%.
