Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi public relations dalam melakukan mitigasi risiko di PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara pada masa Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara mendalam, dengan informan Asisten Manager Humas PT PLN Unit Pembangkit Tanjung Jati Jepara, Graihita Muhammad dan Mohammad Ali, Selaku Juru Bicara GTPP Covid-19 di Jepara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pihak PLTU TANJUNG JATI B JEPARA sudah melakukan berbagai strategi komunikasi. Hal ini dilakukan untuk kepentingan berbagai macam pihak, mulai dari PLTU sendiri, pemerintah, hingga masyarakat yang tinggal. Strategi yang digunakan pihak PLTU Tanjung Jati B dalam rangka mitigasi risiko penyebaran Covid-19 adalah Strategy of Image. This study aims to find out how the public relations strategy in mitigating risk at PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara during the Covid-19 period. The method used in this research is a case study using a qualitative approach. The object of this research is PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara. The data collection method used in this study was through in-depth interviews, with the informants of the Assistant Manager of Public Relations of PT PLN Tanjung Jati Jepara Power Generation Unit, Graihita Muhammad and Mohammad Ali, as Spokespersons for GTPP Covid-19 in Jepara. The results of this study indicate that the TJB PLTU has carried out various communication strategies. This is done for the benefit of various parties, ranging from the power plant itself, the government, to the people who live. The strategy used by the Tanjung Jati B PLTU in order to mitigate the risk of the spread of Covid-19 is the Strategy of Image.
