Abstract
The Financial Services Authority as a regulator has the main functions related to banks, both sharia and conventional in all regions of Indonesia, it is proper to pay attention to archive activities as one of the operational activities. The smooth archiving has be seen from distribution of documents in the institution. Therefore, the present study aims to learn of Information Technology Systems, Coordination System and Layout Office on the Effectiveness of Distributing Income and outcome Letters. Population in this research all of courier OJK DKI Jakarta and the sample amounted 105 respondent taken by Non probability Sampling method and the type of Purposive Sampling or samples used only according to certain criteria. Hypothesis testing is known that t value for X1= 0,000; X2= 0.001 and X3= 0,000 where all three < 0.05 (significance level of 5%), while the f value of 60,818 and the f table obtained a value of 2.70 means that the f count > f table so that it can be displayed properly or H0 is rejected H1, H2, and H3 are accepted. This research conclude that Information Technology System, Coordination System and Layout Office partially or simultaneously give an impact the Effectiveness of Distributing Income and Outcome Letters at the OJK Jakarta. Keywords: Non probability Sampling method, Information Technology System, Coordination System, Layout Office and Effectiveness Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sebagai regulator memiliki fungsi utama mengawasi BankBank baik syariah ataupun konvensional di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, sudah selayaknya memperhatikan kegiatan arsip sebagai salah satu kegiatan operasional. Kelancaran pengarsipan dapat dilihat dari kegiatan pendistribusian dokumen didalam Lembaga. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Koordinasi dan Layout Office/ Tata Letak Ruang Kerja terhadap Efektivitas Pendistribusian Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kurir/ messenger OJK DKI Jakarta berjumlah 05 responden dengan menggunakan metode Nonprobability Sampling dan jenis Purposive Sampling atau sample yang digunakan hanya memenuhi kriteria tertentu saja. Pengujian hipotesis didapatkan nilai t hitung untuk X1= 0,000; X2= 0,001 dan X3= 0,000 dimana ketiganya < 0,05 (taraf signifikansi 5%), sedangkan nilai f hitung sebesar 60,818 dan pada f table didapatkan nilai sebesar 2,70 artinya f hitung > f table sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak Ha diterima atau H0 ditolak H1, H2, dan H3 diterima. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Sistem Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Koordinasi dan Layout Office/ Tata Letak Ruang Kerja berpengaruh secara partial ataupun simultan terhadap Efektivitas Pendistribusian Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar di OJK Jakarta.
