Abstract

Financial analysis (financial analysis) to analyze the position and the company's financial performance and to assess financial performance in the future. Financial ratios help us to identify some strengths and weaknesses of corporate finance, financial analysis such as this will help us to see if the company is under investigation as well as good as the basis for Strada Association for decent or not do investment planning. This study aims to determine the analysis of financial statements, to determine the feasibility of investment and to find out is there any link between the financial analysis, investment planning will be conducted by the Society of Strada. This research business plan form. Based on the results of analysis and discussion of this research, obtained thefollowing conclutions: Liquidity seen business decline when the year 2008 for 799.77% although the average liquidity ratio of current efforts is high enough and it ranged between 8 times s / d cover 18 times in his business obligations. The ratio of net profit margin of over 4 years is more than 16% which means tend to have the ability to survive in any difficult situation. Analysis of the activity ratio can indicate the level of efficiency in managing enterprise assets. Debt To Equity Ratio is also seen increased business in which the amount of existing obligations when dicover owned by the equity the better. This condition in the performance of all parties to produce gains for the better results. So the financial means Strada Association financed by his own money rather than borrowed money. Investment Valuation Analysis (development / construction SMK) by using methods Payback Period: investment funds issued at the beginning of the investment will return in the year to month 3 and 7. IRR method, the results are acceptable investments for 25.54% more than the cash interest rate prevailing in the community (15%), with Net Present Value method, the result is the NPV (+), with the PI method the result is 1.23 (more than 1) it is feasible in dinvestasi run. With the results of financial ratio analysis with investment feasibility analysis indicates that describes the relationship when the analysis is rasio good financial investment planning in the conduct decent.Analisis keuangan ( financial analysis ) untuk menganalisis posisi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan dan untuk menilai kinerja keuangan di masa depan. Rasio keuangan membantu kita untuk mengidentifikasi beberapa kelemahan dan kekuatan keuangan perusahaan, analisa keuangan seperti ini akan membantu kita untuk melihat apakah perusahaan yang diteliti adalah sebagus yang dikatakan serta menjadi dasar bagi Perkumpulan Strada untuk layak atau tidak perencanaan investasi dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis laporan keuangan , untuk mengetahui kelayakan investasi serta untuk mengetahui adakah keterkaitan antara analisis keuangan dengan perencanaan investasi yang akan dilakukan oleh Perkumpulan Strada. Penelitian ini berbentuk bisnis plan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan dari penelitian ini, diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut : Likuiditas usaha terlihat mengalami penurunan dimana tahun 2008 sebesar 799,77% walaupun begitu, secara rata rata likuiditas usaha yaitu current ratio cukup tinggi yaitu berkisar antara 8 kali s/d 18 kali didalam mengcover kewajiban usahanya. Rasio net profit margin selama 4 tahun adalah lebih dari 16% yang berarti cenderung memiliki kemampuan untuk tetap bertahan dalam kondisi sesulit apapun. Analisa rasio aktifitas dapat menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi perusahaan dalam mengelola aset yang dimiliki. Debt To Equity Ratio usaha juga terlihat meningkat dimana jumlah kewajiban yang ada bila dicover oleh ekuitas yang dimiliki menjadi lebih baik. Hal ini mengkondisikan kinerja semua pihak didalam menghasilkan perolehan hasil menjadi lebih baik. Jadi Ini berarti keuangan Perkumpulan Strada dibiayai oleh uangnya sendiri bukan uang pinjaman. Analisa Penilaian Investasi ( pengembangan/pembangunan SMK ) dengan menggunakan metode Payback Period : dana investasi yang dikeluarkan pada awal investasi akan kembali di tahun ke 3 dan dibulan 7. dengan metode IRR, hasilnya investasi dapat diterima sebesar 25,54% lebih besar dari tingkat bunga uang yang berlaku dalam masyarakat ( 15% ), dengan metode Net Present Value, hasilnya adalah NPV (+), dengan metode PI hasilnya adalah 1.23 ( melebihi dari 1 ) maka dinvestasi layak di jalankan. Dengan hasil analisa rasio keuangan dengan analisa kelayakan investasi menunjukkan bahwa menggambarkan hubungan bila analisis rasio keuangan bagus maka perencanaan investasi layak di laksanakan.
