Abstract
In reaching the goals of the organization, human resources have a very important role. Therefore, organizations need to pay attention to job satisfaction possessed by employees in order to get a loyal attitude. Employees who have a high level of satisfaction and loyalty will contribute greatly to the development of the organization. This study aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and loyalty to tutors at Homeschooling Kak Seto. The subjects in this study were 52 respondents. The sampling method used is Quota Sampling. Data analysis uses Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of this study have a correlation coefficient r = 0.593 with a significance of p <0.05, which shows a positive relationship between job satisfaction with loyalty. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Loyalty, Tutor at Homeschooling Kak Seto Dalam menggapai tujuan dari organisasi, sumber daya manusia memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu untuk memperhatikan kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki karyawan guna mendapatkan sikap loyalnya. Karyawan yang memiliki rasa puas dan loyalitas yang tinggi akan memberikan kontribusi besar bagi perkembangan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas pada tutor di Homeschooling Kak Seto. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Quota Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Product Moment Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki koefisien korelasi r = 0,593 dengan signifikansi p <0,05, yang menunjukkan hubungan yang positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan loyalitas.
